1. Cancellation by Traveler

• More than 30 days before departure: Full refund after deducting 10% processing fee.

• 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund of the total tour package cost.

• Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be applicable.

2. Cancellation by Spatarn Tours And Travels

• In rare situations where Spatarn Tours And Travels is required to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or safety concerns, a full refund will be provided.

• Travelers may also be offered alternative travel dates or rescheduling options, subject to availability.

3. Partially Used Services

• No refund will be provided for any services that are partially used or unused during the tour.

• This includes hotel accommodation, sightseeing, meals, transportation, or any other included services.

4. Payment & Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method.

• Refund processing time is 7–14 working days from the date of cancellation approval.

• Any bank charges or payment gateway fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Travel Insurance

• Travelers are strongly advised to obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations, medical emergencies, or other unexpected expenses.

• Travel insurance is not included in the tour package unless clearly specified.
